Statement From Clinton

The following testimony is from three Texas Youth Commission guards and a teacher from TYC that testified in my favor. 

The prosecution tries to get each one to change their opinion of me with inflammatory questions. 

The examples that the prosecution each time is me supposedly killing two people and trying to kill a third.  All of which I have clearly shown on my site is false. 

I prove it with the prosecutions OWN witnesses.  The reader will also see where one of the guards discusses policy for when a fight takes place.  The officer is supposed to call for back up.  In the previous testimony given by Ms. J. Timmons, I wrote about how one of the guards violated policy by attempting to break up the fight alone.  I as well, show how Ms. Timmons lied!  So the prosecution continuously questioning about Ms. Timmons to each guard is once again baseless. 

My lawyers could have gotten more to testify in my favor.  Though, we felt four was plenty enough.  It is kind of difficult to have twenty guards testify, more so when the faculty depends on them for security.
