The following is a statement from the mitigation specialist that worked on Clinton’s case with the purpose to testify in the punishment phase to help prevent Clinton from receiving the death penalty.

You will read how the prosecution used deceitful tactics to limit additional information that was supposed to be sealed by the judge over Clinton’s trial.

Mr. Byington, has testified in numerous cases around the state. You will read how he states this event in Clinton’s case, was a first, for him to encounter.

This just goes to show, in even greater detail how the prosecution interfered with and prevented Clinton from having a fair trial.
