Loud and Clear 8/29/09
In addition to this the judicial landscape got a little rock here in Texas, from a released report in the Cameron Todd Willingham case. Another report was released showing that the evidence they used to kill him with was baseless and basically bullshit false science. So in short, Mr. Willingham was not supposed to have been murdered by the state. They stopped short of saying he was innocent. Though this is something to focus on. Ernest Willis had the same kind of bullshit science in his case. He is a free man now. The difference? Mr. Willingham had court appointed lawyers. Mr. Ernest had a law firm that poured almost five million dollars into his case, he is free, Willingham is dead. Nothing really new to report on my case. Still waiting to see if my other two lawyers are going to be appointed. I should find out something this week. Once again in concern of the DVD. I still have not had any contact with Christy, nor has anyone else to my knowledge. So if anyone has paid for it and not yet received it, PLEASE send me a letter letting me know. So once I get the DVD in someone's hands that can help me with it, I will make sure a copy is sent to you. Please keep in mind that I am locked in a cage. I have no computer and no ability to just walk down to the local post office and mail a DVD to you. I know a problem was with the over seas orders as Christy put DVD on the custom forms. There is lots of problems with piracy so it is possible that customs halted or returned them. She did have some come back. As I said in my last blog, I don't even know if my sister is still alive right now, so instead of people blasting to god all they haven't gotten it please just write and let me know. To anyone wanting to order it. I am sorry for the mix ups. I have to depend on other people and well that doesn't always work out. Believe me I WANT people to get the DVD's. These last three weeks have ben full of turmoil due to the stress over my sister. Not knowing what is up as I haven't heard from her. No one else has wrote me to tell me anything, so I don'e know what the deal is. She hasn't been online. Hopefully I will find something out this week. I really don't know how much more of this stress I can handle. It's like as the days go by my heart fills with more rage. Then the stuff these people here do. How strong can a man be? There is something that I want everyone to read. PLEASE I want everyone to go to www.newyorker.com and look up the article that was written on 3/30/09 by Atul Gawande. The article is titled "Annals of Human Rights" "Hell hole" read that and you will have a little more understanding of my environment. Some inmates can handle it better than others. I think my resistance to the system is what has helped me. We are all different. Some welcome the isolation due to their fear of other inmates. These ones are usually the ones that front as if they are the toughest, even though they never had a single write up against them because they accept all mistreatmen. Most of my real stress is caused by other people and drama. Thae haing to wait on answers. I am a go getter. A stop at no cost until it's done. I have a lot of drive about me. Sitting in a cage totally helpless, well to say the least, it is tough. Plus I got to depend on others that more often then not spin off. It's difficult. Then people don't have an understanding of this fact that I have to depend on others. So who gets blamed? ME Long sigh. I got a good friend helping me out more, so everything should be smoothed out with in the next month. I am just frustrated by it all. It's a fight at every step.
