I was awoken this morning by the mail room personnel delivering an assortment of packages to me. All of which contained much needed copies of legal work. The purpose of which is to help me show you, the reader, that I did not receive a fair trial. (Beyond the fact that I am not the actual killer) So please keep a close eye on my sites this month as there will be posting.

I as well received the states response to my current appeal being litigated in state Court. I must have misunderstood my lawyer as the state did address my claims. Though offering NO NEW evidence or reports that would negate my claims. The prosecution filed copies of what my lawyer filed and just quoted the trial record.

The only part that is an actual true challenge to my claims is a sentence where the prosecutor states “the state that there was an agreement with Mark Ray for his testimony and demands proof of the applicants allegations” They repeat the same sentence when addressing the allegation of the deal given to David Page.

I can prove a deal with both was in the works. So we shall see how the hearing goes. It will take place in late November or early December. I did receive a surprise this morning. The prosecution filed a motion to allow my lawyer to be appointed to my case.

At the recusal of the judge hearing the prosecutor was of a totally different position as to the appointment of my lawyers from the Federal Public Defenders office. The prosecutor ranted and raved against their appointment. He liked his own argument so much he repeated it twice! The head prosecutor even gave him a thumbs up. Then......my lawyer got to talk. He demolished the prosecution argument and pointed out how the prosecutor was just “talking in circles”.

Anyways, not to get repetitive myself, I just wanted to point out the change of position on the prosecutions motion for appointment of my lawyers, posted on my site.

A side not to help educate the readers. You will see the word 'Vice' in the motion and prior legal work posted. In this context the word 'Vice' as vee-chee , not vice like in vice squad. See you learn something new everyday.

Next issue: the myspace and facebook pages. I am not allowed access to the internet. So I have no ability to post or read anything pertaining to them. However my friends do have this ability and they are kind enough to allow me to post on the sites they set up dedicated to my case and struggle. To which I am truly grateful for.

The purpose of the myspace and facebook pages dedicated my case is to help reach a wider range of people and to guide people to my actual website. Think of the social networking page as a road to the main attraction, which for now is www.saveaninnocentlife.com . Some people complain about inmates being on social networking sites. Their complaint is Voided by the simple fact that no inmate is on a social networking site! We got no internet service. Everyone wants freedom of speech. So long as it is their speech.

Going through social network pages you will find pro abortion, anti abortion, pro christian, anti christian. You will find pages dedicated racial unity and racial hate. Pro government, and anti government.

Sites with porn and sites against porn. So please tell me why some from the government of Texas can't rally against these pages, as well as some from the pro death movement?

Why limit the knowledge available to the people?

They rally against it as they fear it. An opponents ability to argue his or her position threatens and weakens the other sides position. Allowing only one side of the matter to be discussed and keeping the opposition silenced is an element of dictatorship and is counter to the fabric of this Country. The founding fathers placed freedom of speech as the 1^st ammendment in the US constitution for a reason.

The right of the people to speak out in the name of justice is a right that cannot be oppressed by the right wing hyper conservatives who wish to dictate the values of the people. Now this idiot Richard Tabler is the reason negative attention has came about against us this last round. It seems someone posted a threatening letter for him.

The fact they even acknowledge this clown gives him way more credit then he deserves. He enjoys the publicity. The dude is not even remotely a threat. Let me give you a raw look inside inmate politics. As all know prison is divided by race. I have seen jewish guys, white guys with black kids at home have a swastika tattood on them. I seen dudes that was half mexican, half white join racist mexican gangs. Point is prison is a crazy place. But one thing stands true. If say a white has a black gangs tattoos on him. It means he is that gangs property. This dude Tabler has a black prison organization from California tattood on him. That means he was their property. What is known as a “punk”. In the social structures of prison formt he inmates perspective, this means that he isn't even seen as a person. He has the same social status as a radio or a pair of shoes. In short a “commodity”.

So he has no friends who could help him “reach out” and touch anyone. The dude lives in a fantasy world and thrives on the attention he is getting with fake hollow threats. As well as the sense of credibility he gets by the politicians responding to his threats.

Then the politicians complain about prison security. Guess who suffers? The rest of the inmates and guards. This idiot Tabler has screwed the entire prison system one way or another. It is amazing how one person who is considered below the lowest run of the social ladder in prison can just screw everything up so bad.

Then this latest round of drama with the letter getting smuggled out, he managed to help get the one chaplain that worked here that was really trying to help get death row more access to services and etc, fired. Senator Whitemire used to somewhat speak up for inmates rights. Tabler had to go and mess with him. Then he gets fired the one chaplain that tried to help us. So he is steadily screwing over the people that in some ways leaned in our corner! Well I guess it just shows how one person really can make a world of difference:)

So if you think that you as one person aren't able to truly make a difference in the struggle, then I suggest you think of the impact of Ghandi, and on the other side of the spectrum, Tabler.

Last but not Least, we are on lockdown and as a result get sack meals. Normally containing two sandwiches. Today for breakfast we got a small bag of oatmeal. Dry oatmeal and was told to cook it ourself. Its not even the instant kind. So now we got to cook our own food or not eat. Some inmates don't have a hot pot thus no way to heart it up. Eat dry plain oatmeal and let me know how that works out for you! We get breakfast at 3:30 am.

So they expect us to stand there at 3 in the morning and cook the food that they are supposed to cook. They are out of control for real.
