The following is testimony given by Carlos Torres. He was a gunshot victim.

The prosecution attempted to blame Clinton for this offense. You will see very clearly in the words of Mr. Torres, as to how he was not the person who shot him.

It should also be noted that Carlos Torres was an illegal immigrant as well as a drug dealer. He was in possession of a gun.

Being an illegal immigrant in possession of a weapon is a very serious federal offense in the United States. The belief is to avoid deportation or any weapons charges, Mr. Torres attempted to testify how the prosecution wanted him too.

Even though Mr. Torres clearly states that he was not shot by Clinton and that Clinton did NOT have a gun, the prosecution continues in appeal filings and use of the media to try to blame Clinton for it.

When Clinton’s attorney made this fact clear, that it was not Clinton that shot Mr. Torres, the prosecution, as you will read, made no attempt to correct this. Though they did not expect Mr. Torres to tell the truth. Mr. Torres had to testify with the use of a interpreter to translate.
