Ann Hinkle- Leads the investigation of the car of Doyle Douglas
Special agent Ann Hinkle, as you will read here, refused to speak with Clinton’s defense Attorney’s. This prevented the Attorney’s from having a full understanding of the investigation of the car.
This prevented the defense from being able to show that the two shell casings found inside the vehicle of Doyle Douglas was NOT from when Doyle Douglas was shot. The defects that Ann Hinkle talks about in the dash and steering wheel is from gun shots. These shots were at were at the same time, outside of the vehicle. These are also the same shots that the ballistic expert Richard Ernest discusses in his report.
To this day (Dec, 14, 2009) the defense has still not been able to test this critical piece of evidence. Ann Hinkle shows how police and prosecutor misconduct and interference prevented Clinton from having a fair trial. An interesting note about Ann Hinkle, is that she worked over the investigation into the spaceship that exploded over Texas upon re-entry.
Once again, you will also see how prosecutor Rick Berry, goes on and on about pointless meaningless issues and repeats the same testimony over and over. An example, is when he asked Ms. Hinkle about the live rounds of ammo found in the car twice on the same page.
A cigarette butt is mentioned being found in the back seat under a floor mat. This did have Clinton’s DNA. Though Clinton has been in the car at least a dozen times prior to this offense.
You will also notice there are no finger prints found belonging to Clinton. There are actually no fingerprints found belonging to Clinton in the entire case! This fact makes the forensics and police misconduct all that much more important!
The prosecutor spends so much time on pointless matters in an effort to bog the jury down in details. Rick Berry goes over how a bullet works with several witnesses. Clinton’s Attorney’s questioned Ann Hinkle in detail to show how much effort the FBI put into this investigation.
